In no event shall wihuzuqitukim.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and wihuzuqitukim.mobi. If you do not agree to this limitation, you must not use our services.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either party. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
